Speaking Visual is creating, choosing, and organizing elements to visually communicate a message. It merges technology with art as a way to communicate ideas in our everyday life. As for this particular entry for the NVIDIA "Speak Visual" contest. Yeah, it may be "just" a car. But to me making this car look like it is moving, but yet standing still. The clean lines of the car against organic shapes behind representing how two different styles of art can be blending together with harmony, kinda like a relationship. Taking two different people and making it work, almost like there is no effort what so ever.
This car may be just a "car" but there is a lot of action going on within the car, and behind the car taking this ordinary object and placing it into a entirely different realm. Drawing the viewers attention around the whole piece then taking a moment to realize there are elements that have meaning, like the "claw" logo for example. Working it in and around the design, but making it look cool. It's not just one element, it is many placed together to create "one" powerful image.
Basically speaking visual with my art is a way into my mind, seeing the fun, imaginative, free flowing energy of my soul. Not worrying about the pleasure of others and just creating something I like or are feeling at that particular moment. Yet, when one does look at it and see it as a wonderful piece of art, that is just such an awesome feeling.
